Our clients are generally start-up companies, universities
or companies with sales of less than $100 million.
Our client base is made up of universities and companies which
generally get short-changed at the larger law firms because they do
not have a sufficient volume of business to catch the idea of a more
senior partner. Oftentimes,
the work of a small client is funneled to a junior associate or someone
who typically has less experience.
Although a more senior partner may oversee the work of the junior
associate, it is impossible to supervise everything, thus dramatically
increasing the likelihood that an important issue will be missed or
a major mistake will be made.
